what type of fooding are you having at your wedding? we are having Italian buffet.

We are having a sit down with 2 entrees. Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with feta and spinach. And the other is a beef sirloin with a tomato sauce. And then of course sides, salads, rolls, etc.

We had an emphasis on locally produced food, with a Pan-Asian twist. It was Hawaii after all.

I'm trying to go for an italian buffet, but I have a woman in my office who is insane cheap. The only problem is I have to hire someone to watch the food. I'm debating on just asking friends and fmaily to keep an eye on the food and refill as needed.
