I am planning a wedding in downtown Charlotte and need a reasonable caterer. We will have about 125 people in a spot without a kitchen onsite. I would like a typical 2 option main course buffet dinner. I have looked at all the typical companies, but I am interested in a fresh idea or a small company. And I am on a limited budget?
Any suggestions?
