pilaf of  rice,corn and herbs

chicken breast with dijon,caper, white wine sauce
roasted baby red potatoes with rosemary.

Do you have/need a vegetarian main? Otherwise, it looks great!

looks yummy! I would add a veg dish, if you have veg guests but otherwise plenty of food and variety

thanks  ok we will add a vegeterian dish  and  a vegetable.

try some tabouli (ok I know i spelled it wrong!) but had some at a reception once and it was great! the reception was all vegetarian so I know there was no meat at all). Maybe had tofu in it and veggie as well.
