Outside Caterers

We are looking at having our wedding at the Historic Courthouse in Stillwater, Mn and they require a liscensed caterer.  Any ideas of some places I can look at?  All sugestions are definitely welcome :)

    It's probably best to ask these location-specific questions on your local board
    <---------- Click on Local Wedding Boards, it will drop down and there will be one for Min-St.P

    This board is full of international people who don't know the first thing about caterers in specific cities.
