Would this be enough food for you

My FMIL seems concerned that we will not have enough food at our reception. Our ceremony starts at 4:30 and our reception starts at 6:00 (we don't have an awkward gap between the ceremony and the cocktail hour we are having a full mass and then the reception is 25 minutes away). Our reception is at a barn.

At 6:00 during our cocktail hour we are serving
-cheese and crackers
-spinach and artichoke dip
-tri-colored chips and salsa
-carrot sticks
-At the bar we will have beer (harp, smithwicks, and guinness), wine (a red and a white), margarita, and whiskey sours
-Coke products, lemonade, ice tea, water

At 7:15 during dinner we are planning a buffet with
- pulled pork sandwiches
-pit beef sandwiches
-sauteed vegetables
-penne pasta with pesto
-potato salad
-salad
-rolls
-chips
-beer and wine will be served at dinner along with the non-alcoholic drinks

After dinner
-bowls of chex mix will be put out on the high-top tables
-the bar will be serving everything again (our venue will not serve mixed drinks during dinner)

At 9:30 we will cut our cake and open the desert table
-A small 2 tiered cake (it will be funfetti... that is the one thing my FI feels really strongly about)
-apple pie
-chocolate chip cookies
-flavoved honey sticks
-pie/cake pops

at 10:00 untill the end of the night
-we will have a popcorn machine running and have a popcorn topping bar.
