Homestead Vendor Help Needed!

Hey VA Ladies, I am getting married at The Homestead next June and I am having issues finding someone that will travel to Bath County, VA... within budget. For example I was told by a cake decorator that they could make my cake and then I would be charged double for them to ship it. Yikes! Any flower, cake decorator suggestions? Also, I am looking for a team of 2 phtotographers that do photojournalism. I like that creative spin on photography. And of course, willing to travel. Any help is welcome!!
