Fredericksburg area- Barn Reception

I'm trying to find a venue that has an area for a Barn Reception for about 250 people.  It's been so difficult to find, I feel like I'm trying to find a barn in NYC! Please let me know if you have any ideas!!! I'm looking for October 2012.

If your month is movable, you could try The Silverbrook Farm in Purcellville, VA. She can only have 10 weddings a year & I think she is full for 2012, but you could double check or if you want to try for 2013. She has a beautiful barn you can use & it's not too far away from you. Have you looked at Kelly's Ford? They were too far out of town for me, but I know their barn area is huge!
