Cheap Catering needed around Fredericksburg

Anyone have any cheap catering suggestions for around the Fredericksburg area? 

I am not a fan of BBQ, so we need something else that is cheap but good, and I am running into a road block. 

We only have 50 people and we are trying to keep catering to around $800- $1,000.  This should not be difficult, but it is!

Any suggestions?

That's $16.00 - $20.00 per person with tax & gratuity included?  That's tough, maybe try drop off service and hiring staff seperately...
