Cheap Limo Services in Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area???

I'm trying to find a limo for my wedding that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Anyone used any limo companies that are cheap? Please let me know!!! TIA!!

    I didn't use a limo, just a town car service for H and I, but I found them on the dmv website. They have a list of all approved limo/car service companies and then I just googled phone numbers. Call around until you find the best price.
