I assume that there have been weddings at the church before?  Is there someone at the church that you could ask what brides have done in previous weddings?

I am guessing that the setup is something like 3 rows of pews, and the alter is in front of the middle row.  Perhaps just sitting people in the middle row, and then walking down one side or the other.  It seems that it would be a bit awkward, but you probably dont have many options.  (Of course I could be picturing this completely wrong)

When it comes to churches with two aisles the bride usually walks up one aisle & the couple walk down the other during the recessional.

The Church I'm getting married in is the same way. I was thinking that we would just pick one to walk down during the rehearsal. Like PP said maybe walk up one and then come back down the other.
