Hey girls,
We can't decide between cupcakes or cakes and were wondering if you know if cupcakes really are cheaper...since we've heard mixed things.
Also, we're looking for a good bakery in Norfolk/ Virginia Beach to make the cake/cupcakes... any recommendations that are affordable?!
