    Depends on what part of Virginia you want.  Whitetop Mountain or Mt. Rodgers in the Abingdon/Bristol area. Afton Mountain in the Charlottesville area. Patrick County has several beautiful places. House & Barn Mountain or Burke's Garden in Tazewell County. Check around Smith Mountain Lake too.

    Afton Mountain is gorgeous!! Also, try calling Skyline Drive and getting their suggestions.
