The Meijer in BG currently has a bunch of (or had as of yesterday when I was there) the small wedding bubbles on clearance. 24 bottles for less than $2. Not sure if any other local Meijer's also have them marked down or not, but that beats the Dollar Store (theirs are 9 bottles for $1). They were in the party section with the cards and other party favors.
