Has anyone heard of them or used them? How was their service?

We have used them. We have not had the best of experiences with them. The people that work there were never that nice to me, my mother, fiance, or brother. They also told me when my things would be ready and when I went back to get them they said it was not ready, etc... they were very rude when that happened. We have not gone back since then... We havde had a great experience, however with Twin Oaks Cleaners. It is on Sylvania Ave. between Douglas Rd. and Secor Rd. There phone number is (419) 475-4779. I do not know if they do wedding dress preservation if that is what you are looking for, but they are great to work with, so check it out! Good luck!!!
