DIY Invites

So, I'm letting my creative side show with the invites that I want to make.  Has anyone else tried doing their own letterpress printing?  If so, any input on which of the craft stores would be best to get paper and supplies?

    Sorry, just realized it comes up as Detroit.  I live in Michigan but we will be getting married at Nazareth Hall.
