Wedding Music

Ok, So I am at the point of the planning where I need to come up with some wedding music.  My fiance is so indecisive so he is not much help.  I figured I would put all the important songs on here and then just put what you are using/have used for your wedding for each song so maybe it will help give some ideas to all of us looking for wedding music.

Reception Entry Song (Bridaly Party):
Reception Entry Song (Bride and Groom):
First Dance:
Father/Daughter Dance:
Mother/Son Dance:
Bridal Party Dance:
Parents Dance (never heard of this but it is on my list from the DJ):
Cake Cutting Song:
Bouquet Toss:
Garter Toss:
Anniversary Dance (if you are having one):
Last Dance:
Dollar Dance/Dash: (if you are having one)

I am still leary of the dollar dance/dash because I think it is almost tacky as all the guests have already gave you gifts/money and you are just asking for more...what is everyone elses's opinion on this?
TIA

We're country music fans and so some of our song selections reflected that... I know that does't appeal to everyone.

We didn't do this, but I know some people ask the Bride's Dad and the Groom's Mom to choose the song that they will dance to.  I think that's a nice touch to make that moment even more special.  Just an idea.

My husband also didn't have a decisive bone in his body about music.  I ended up looking through lists of songs online for each dance and making a list of like 3-5 per category that I would be happy with.  I then gave this narrowed down list to my husband to help me make final decisions.  This worked out really well; I felt like we did it together and he didn't feel like it was such an overwhelming task.
