the dried fruit mystery

I have a guilty pleasure, and it's dried fruit. I KNOW its not great for me. But I've probably researched this at least 20 times and I STILL have no idea how many calories are in what I eat. I'm talking about a small to-go container, about an inch deep and 3.5 inches wide, filled with dried papaya, apricots, pineapple (the killer), raisins, and a few nuts. I would estimate it weighs 3-4 ounces. I buy it where I work, and there isn't any caloric information at all :(

right now I'm estimating it at 400 calories for the whole thing (which I don't usually eat), but it could be lower or higher, I have no clue.

If anyone can help me figure out this mystery, I would be forever greatful.
