I had makeup done at the MAC counter at Richland Mall in Waco for engagements.

Are there no Austin MUA's that will travel to your location? I did a google search for Salado wedding makeup artists and salons and a ton of Austin options came up. If your venue is in Salado, they might also have a few recommendations to pass on.

Ask your venue for some of their recommendations.  A lot of places give discounts for using "preferred vendors" and makeup artists/hair stylists will usually travel.  Especially for an area as spread out as Waco/Temple/Killeen, you will probably find someone who either won't charge a lot or won't charge at all for travel.
