We officially picked a date and a place.  I am starting South Beach tomorrow.  Anyone have any recipies they love and are willing to share?

    Get the cook books.  They have lots of tasty recipes, especially for phase two.  My favorites are the oat breakfast muffins and chicken in paper (it's really papio----)
