So I've had a couple of people already comment on me "loosing weight" But to be honest I've only lost 6 pounds. My FI thinks that since working out more it is making my weight shift. But then this weekend was pretty exciting.
I was pulling out some of my summer shirts and putting away the sweaters, I found a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to weat in over a year. I put them on and BAM I can wear them! They are still a little snug, but considering before I couldn't even button them, I am excited to notice a little improvement
and finally this morning I woke up late and didn't have time to go to the gym (20 min drive) So I decided to do an aerobics video at home. I haven't done this video in a long time and I was very excited when I was done because I was able to do all the reps without slowing down! I was so shocked!
