Hi! I'm new to this board and am hoping for some advice! I'm at my weight goal, but my dress has a completely open back (top to low back showing). I really want to have a great looking back and shoulders but am stuck at which excercises work best. I've been working with weights (3-5 lbs) doing arm lifts and holds, but am at a loss for good back excercises. Any advice would be very very welcome! Thanks!!
