  • I am so glad it's Monday!! Regardless of if I stayed on track or not  (most days yes, some days no), I feel so much better on Mondays and get more of a feeling of a fresh start, not to mention that during the week there is a schedule and it's easier to make good decisions (for me!). There is a set routine, and in that routine, I eat healthy, I drink my water, and I exercise. I'm probably the only one ever excited for Mondays... and for the break to be over!

    B: Coffee with creamer and splenda, south beach meal replacement bar (5)
    L: lean cuisine chicken fried rice (5)
    D: Salad w/ rf dressing, shrimp (8)
    S: raw veggies with hummus (2)
    S: some type of baked snack food, preferably goldfish, but probably mini pretzles (3)

    Exercise: walking for about 2 hours.

    Total: 23
    Target: 23
    WI: Friday
