You can do it if you WANT to do it! Making it a lifestyle change and not just a diet for one day will make it more likely to stick too.

Gotta change the whole mindset. Takes time, but there's lots of support here!

Good luck. I ditto jenny. Change your mindset to a life change instead of a diet. That has worked for me.
