Starting Out

I just got engaged. I am also graduating in the spring, three weeks before my wedding.  On top of wedding planning, I will also be taking 18 credits (to finish up the degree).

I need to get in better physical shape!  And, I don't just mean for looking better.  I mean in order to just feel good and have more stamina to survive all the crazy.

I love power yoga.  So, I want to try to work up to doing it three or more times a week.  I think I will start tomorrow while the house is empty.

I am going to need some encouragement and support as I am a very sedentary person (which is not serving me well).  Anyone want to be online work-out buddies?

What are you guys doing to prepare?
