What is your favorite low cal/high volume dessert??

I'm all about eating smaller quantities to lose weight, but sometimes I just want a big-ass portion of some sweets!  I made an AWESOME dessert last night and it comes out to below 200 calories per serving!  It's inspired by a ridiculously awesome lemon-blueberry tart my florist had out the other day.  I'm sure this one is 1/10 of the calories of the original!

All it is:
Lemon-Blueberry "Tart" (Serves 4)

1 package of sugar free lemon pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 cups fresh blueberries
8 graham cracker halves (4 sheets broken in half)

Mix the pudding and the milk with a whisk and put in the refrigerator to set (should set in about 5 minutes if you get the quick-setting kind)

Once set, put 1/4 of the pudding in a bowl, top with 1/2 cup of blueberries.  Take 2 graham cracker halves and crumble them on top.  Mix around and enjoy!

It's SO GOOD and super easy!

That sounds great, thanks for sharing!  I have 1/2 of the ingredients, so this may be on tap this weekend.

Jello/pudding is one of my favorite low cal 'go-tos.'  These are two of my new favorites for the summer, too:

I likewise like using fat free or sugar free pudding as a sweet (if I have the calories to spare, the jell-o temptations french silk pie is DELICIOUS).

Sensible Portions apple straws are also something I use as a sweet, particularly if I feel like I do want a large quantity. 38 "straws" is a serving, so by the end of the serving I feel like I've eaten an incredibly large amount of food, and I believe it's only 140 calories.

I also love teddy grahams because a serving is 24 pieces. They're a lot smaller than a cookie, but eating 24 makes me feel like i've eaten a lot.

More and more though, I'm trying to stick to just fruit instead of processed sweets....because, well you can gorge yourself on fruit and it's not the end of the world :)

Ditto to the pudding! I actually use a tablespoon of instant/sugar free pudding to flavor my protein shakes!

My favorite snack lately has been to cut bananas (2 bananas) into about 1 inch slices and melt dark chocolate and freeze them. If you're feeling adventurous and have some more calories you can even add a little almond of peanut butter on the banana before you add the dark chocolate. The frozen bananas have a similar consistency to ice cream so i love it!

mix well until blended put in individual cups with a stick- pop in the freezer and about 30 mins later (give or take) you get something that tastes just like a fudgesicle!

Right now I really love the local frozen custard. I get a small 1-2 days a week. I also really love the dole all fruit pops.

In the fall however I love what I've titles 'Skinny Girl Pies". I cut a peach, or apple (sometimes strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries get added) toss some apple pie seasoning on it and maybe 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar. Then I nuke it till its soft warm and bubbly about 1 minute. Let cool for about 1-2 minutes and eat while warm!

I've been freezing nonfat strawberry yogurt.   You have to stir it every 30 minutes or so so it doesn't turn into an ice cube.  So yummy!

I love the blueberry tart recipe- H's birthday is on July 4th, so i may add some strawberries and call it a birthday cake!

I'll just go with old fashioned fruit and light whipped cream :)  Last night I went pretty all out - banana, strawberries and a peach with half a cup of light "whipped topping" from the local store.

Today I just went with a single peach and the same amount of whipped topping.  Depending on what fruit you choose, it's about 150 calories and low in fat.  Carbs can be a little higher, but even with the whole shebang last night it was about 46 g carbs.  Today with just the peach it was around 21 g carbs.  Other fruits that are pretty good are apples and blueberries.

I usually just need something "sweet" to get me through the day.  It doesn't have to be heavy or a lot...Just enough to take the craving edge off!
