  • I gained 1.2 lbs this week and I'm pissed. I worked really hard this week. Stupid plateau. Kinda put a damper on my day, even though I am going dress shopping.

    B: original peach perfection jamba juice smoothie w/energy & daily vitamin boosts (5), 2 slices low-cal wheat toast w/butter, cinn, sugar (3)
    S: clif kids bar (2)
    L: mimi's cafe - naked french onion soup & salad (2), and I haven't decided on my entree yet (7)

  • Aw, Favorite, that sucks. I'm sorry. I know how discouraging a gain is. But, sometimes I have a gain before I have a really big loss! So stay strong this week! You're working out and eating right -- you WILL lose.  :)
