Hello, I'm late with this today.  I went to see my nutrtionist today I've lost 1 pound in the last 3 weeks.  I need to get my butt back in gear.  I'm going to limit my carbs for a couple of days until I get back on track.
b-strawberry yogurt smoothie
s-apple, whole grain pretzels
l-grilled chicken on a salad with lf italian
s-EAS carb control bar
d-deer sausage and spinach salad
e-ran 2.5 miles this morning, walked 2 miles a couple minutes ago
