Hey all- This is my first time posting on the Getting In Shape board!
I did the South Beach Diet last year before my sister's wedding and lost 25 lbs! I've since gained 5 lbs back, and I never did quite get the last 10 off that I wanted, so I'm trying it again.
Does anyone have any ideas for breakfasts that adhere to phase 1 of the South Beach Diet (no fruits, grains, etc.)? I'm currently doing different recipes of eggs, but they can get old quickly!
