Getting in Shape

For someone with zero discipline

.....like me.....eating like crap in college is way too easy! I'd be on campus anywhere between 10 and 14 hours a day surrounded by junk food in the vending machines, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell as well as other bad things in the cafeteria, and the healthy food they did have was never fresh or tasty at all. Even when I brought my meals from home I'd still end up snacking on junk all day. Now that I'm student teaching is so much easier to eat healthy. I bring my lunch to school, don't really have time to snack, and I've been working out almost every day. I feel so much better now and I can't wait to see this fat disappear!! :D
