It's that time of the week again....

Starting weight: 191.8
Last week's weight: 164.2
This week's weight: 161

Weekly loss: 3.2 pounds
Overall loss: 30.8 pounds

Pretty happy this week. I've got myself back on track (the second half of the week at least), and even though I jumped up 6 pounds last week, 3.2 of those are already gone. I'm also back over my 30 pound weight loss, and almost back out of the 160s again. Finally!
