In need of advice

I am a little nervous about posting this so bare with me...

I work 9 hours a day and by the time I get home with 3 litlle boys and get the nightly routine done it's around 9pm before I can have anytime to do anything. I have been trying to figure out some way to lose weight. I really want to be healthy and feel good about myself again.

Does anyone possibly have any suggestions of what I can do to get a routine going? I do try to do stretches and some exercises with the boys too they love to do these kinds of things with me.

Just to add I do have an exercise ball and some weights...
