Well, I'm back at work today, but feeling some what brain dead.  I appologise in advance for less than intelligent conversation from me today.

B: 1.5 whole wheat english muffins w/ PB and sliced banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: Triple Venti Nonfat Latte
L: TBD, sushi maybe?
S: almonds and craisins
D: TBD

E: TBD.  I might take another rest day just to kick this cold, and go tomorrow morning!

    Had a great day yesterday! My FI didn't bring home a pint of Ben and Jerry's so that helped! :)

    Yep, definitley getting a chest cold over here.

    B - small fruit smoothie with extra "immunity"
    S - rice cake thins with almond butter
    L - more greek stuffed peppers, no joke
    S - work is having an ice cream sundae bar today *headdesk*
    D - going out, trying to stick with a veggie burger, maybe a side salad - at least, being sick, I won't be tempted to drink beer!!

    E - rest day, going to the movies tonight instead

    O man LesPaul, the fact that the 80 mile ride isn't the "big" ride is mind boggling to me right now haha

    B - hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ LC wedge and 2 slices ham
    S - banana
    L - 1 tbsp natural PB and 1/2 tsp SF jelly on whole wheat sandwich flat
    S - string cheese
    D - pizza and margaritas (yea yea I know but I have a catalog going out today and it's much needed/deserved)
    S - probably 100 cal kettlecorn to watch during our movie

    E - HIIT (moved myself up a level, now doing 4.5 rests and 9.7 sprints increasing up to 10.3 - so proud of myself, legs hate me though), possibly a workout dvd when i get home depending on the time
