    Good morning ladies!  Happy Saturday.

    B: 2 eggs + whole wheat/flax/oat toast
    L: salad with chicken & blue cheese
    D: tbd??
    S: tbd??

    E: AW - Rode 80 miles on my bicycle yesterday.  Through wind, rain, and a crazy dog that almost bit my leg.  Today may be a rest day, since I'm still sore.  P90X stretch sounds like a good idea, though . . . .
