Sunday WW Accountability

Happy Sunday!  I went to Trader Joe's yesterday and got all kinds of yummy new things for lunch this week.  I've excited!

B: Proscuitto (1) light brie (2) on sourdough (2)
L: Goat cheese (1) with rye thins (2)
S: apple (1)
D: Left over fajita (6)
S: Maybe some WW ice cream?  I've been a sugar-aholic this last week.

E: 30 DS if I can leave the lab earlier enough to fit it in before dinner.

  • I haven't really been tracking today.... but I planned my meals for the week and I'm about to go shopping!

    B: kashi go lean cereal (2), ff milk (1)
    L: homemade pizza 3 slices - I'm guessing 12 to be safe??
    S: coffee frap light w/ toffee nut syrup (4), wheat thins (??)
    D: apricot-glazed chicken (5?)

    E: none - rest day

    Total: 24ish
    Target: 29
    WI: Saturday
