Valentines Day 2012 Challenge!!

Hello everyone! I made a post here asking if anyone would be interested in a Valentines Day 2012 Challenge, so here will be the official check in message board. We'll start on January 1st, 2012 and the challenge will run until February 14th, 2012.

  • Starting weight: 122 Goal weight: 118 I also really want to start toning my arms b/c I also avoid them and feel like they are flabby compared to the rest of me and are the only thing that will be visable in my dress! So my goal is to really focus on my workouts for this challenge (minimum 1hr/4 days a week) and to make arms a part of each workout and as a main focus twice a week. So is this going to be a permanent post in the top? Or do we keep coming back and finding this link? I'm confused how it works - thanks!

    I don't know how realistic this goal is because my TSH levels are at 7.0 at the moment (hypothyroid), but at least it will keeping me from gaining weight and my meds were just increased.  Fingers crossed!

  • Hi ladies, wow what a great response. Got my workout done this am. Did a lot of cardio and strenght training. Gonna have oatmeal and two boil egg(white) only for breakfast. Have to go in the grocery store and buy fruits and snacks. I know we don't start the challenge until January but I have been working out for a minute now. No big results because I have been horrible with my eating.
