Ugh.. No lbs dropped this week

I know its not about the scale moving.. but nothing this week. I feel more energetic and happy, so I know exercising is doing great things. I just wish the number on the scale would move. The only thing I did different this week was eat more protein. Maybe it's feeding my muscles or something.. I don't know. I'm not quiting. I'm on Week 3 Day 1 of p90x, so I'm going to keep trudging trough. Just upset no number change. I hope you ladies have more luck this week.
