Getting in Shape

New Plan

So, with the 6 month mark looming overhead, I have decided today is the day to start new. I am doing Weight Watchers and have lost 15 pounds and I want to lose 27 more to make it to 165. My FI tells me I look great and he can notice a difference but I can't really. I decided that I want to have boudoir pictures done in March. Today I will be hitting the gym after work. I plan on doing some cardio and weights and an hour of yoga. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do as far as weights go?!
