P.I.N.K. Method

Has anyone heard of this? My mom wants me to do this with her. Normally I'm totally put off by commercialized diets. My mom just really wants me to do it with her. I can't think of a good reason other than it's probably a gimmick.

From what I can tell it looks like nothing more than eat right and exercise, but pay us to tell you how to do it.

I want my mom to lose weight too. So, I'm kinda thinking if this pushes her to do it then why not?

Does anyone know anything that would help in making the decision?

    we ordered it for my MIL for christmas. to me it looked like a female only, scaled down version of p90x. i'm not sure though. i also noticed in walmart for $25 they had a cardboard kit with dvd's that looked very similiar

    My mom also ordered this and is asking me to do it with her. Over the last year I have changed my eating habits and excersize regularly and have lost 20 lbs. so I'm mostly just going to stick to my plan but do the workouts with her since I want to motivate her!
