I am a soccer player and I have bad knees because the front of my legs/quad areas are over-developed in comparison to the backs/inside thigh area. as a result, my knee cap gets pulled to one side. ive been told not to do squats because of this kneecap situation. any other suggestions as to how to workout the backs of my legs? anything that would work out my booty at the same time is a plus
