Thursday Acocuntability!

Good morning! So happy that it is Thursday at least......

B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
L- ??? unprepared today....maybe subway?
D- turkey-ranch burgers, salad
S- I've been on a microwaved smore kick lately for dessert.....I think 1 only has about 135 cals so not tooooo bad....better than going out for icecream everynight like FI wants to.

E- HIIT

my legs are sooo sore from walking on the beach last night and up and down the dunes.  the sand really kicks your butt!

    B - 1 c. Fiber Plus antioxidants Berry Yogurt Crunch cereal in 1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    S - 2 clementines
    L - 2 slices ham w/ FF American cheese, lettuce, tomato, 1/2 tsp Grey Poupon on Arnold Italian sub flat
    S - 4 celery sticks w/ 1oz. ff cream cheese
    D - having our final tasting at our venue site so god only knows how many calories on this one

    E - 35 min. elliptical with arm weights

    I guess we can post our planned meals here?

    B - Maybe treat myself to a Subway egg-white sandwich (it's my day off from work!)
    S - Non-fat strawberry yogurt w/ 1/2 banana
    L - 1 cup Multi-Grain Cheerios w/ 1 cup skim milk
    S - 6 celery sticks w/ my homemade garlic hummus
    D - 1 cup whole wheat pasta w/ my marinara sauce and 1 cup steamed veggies

    E - 20 min Turbo Jam DVD / 10 min Yoga DVD / 45 min run at the beach

    I was bad last night and had a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream Frown. I had been doing so well too. My FI brought home my favorite flavor and I just couldn't resist. I told him TY and never do it again! :)

    B- gluten free pancakes w/sugar free syrup
    L- spinach/grilled turkey salad
    S- TBD (I have to go to the store this morning! Laughing)
    D- baked chicken, green beens, jasmine rice

    Morning! I don't think I did too well this week. Exercise + wisdom teeth=not a great idea. For some reason it really hurt my teeth (or empty space) when I ran last night.

    b-life, coffee
    l-chobani, strawberries
    d-zuccini, tomato sauce and mozz cheese. Whole grain pasta.
    s-maybe a popsicle. I tried eating fruit last night, but still too hard.

    e- 60 mins elliptical and some arms/abs. Oddly enough, this is depending on how my mouth feels.

    L: Turkey, rice, and mushroom casserole (DH smoked a turkey and we have to use all that meat)
    D: tbd???
    S: I'm trying Greek yogurt for the first time.  Maybe some nuts and cheese too.
    E: P90X in am.  Biceps and back (currently enjoying noodle arms).

    Blargh.  I'm home sick today, which means reaching for comfort type food.  I'll try to keep it in line!!

    B: everything bagel w/ vegetable cream cheese, jasmine tea
    S: ?
    L: soup.
    S: ?
    D: eggs sandwiches

    E: we'll see.  My legs are finally feeling better today (still sore, but I can comprehend squats today) so I'll see how I'm feeling in the afternoon.

    It's almost Friday!!!

    B - 1 boiled egg, 1 english muffin (I ran out of whole wheat ones so I stole FI's white ones...lol)
    L - Tuna wrap w/ lots of veg & a pear
    S - Another pear!lol
    D - Making fajitas at a friends.  I also have white wine in the plans but I'm going to try to keep it to one small glass.

    E - Walked the pugs/30 min swim this morning
