S- I've been on a microwaved smore kick lately for dessert.....I think 1 only has about 135 cals so not tooooo bad....better than going out for icecream everynight like FI wants to.
E- HIIT
my legs are sooo sore from walking on the beach last night and up and down the dunes. the sand really kicks your butt!
