How to incorporate the sister in laws

So I am trying to think of clever ways to include my sisters in law with our wedding.  I wasnt able to put them in as bridesmaids however I do want them to have some involvement in the wedding.  What is a job that shows them I want them to be a part of the wedding but not feel like they are just going to be errand people?

Are you having a religious ceremony ?

We are having our siblings in the wedding party, but we are having each mom do a reading during mass (we are Roman Catholic and are having a full ceremony and mass) and then we are having our 3 grandmothers (one of mine has passed) carry up the gifts before communion. We wanted to make sure our family was involved in the ceremony, and that was the best way to do it !
