i spent 10 hours yesterday & today working on a new feature... there are little thumbnail pictures now! so when you search for something now, it shows you images too, not just text!

    DH and I are obsessed with your blog.  I just discovered it last week and the beef tacos from the other day are fuckingkickass!

    Can I ask what the hell ancho chili powder is?  We just used regular old chili powder and it worked fine, but I'm curious.  Thanks :)

    omg try ancho chili powder!! we love it (our HEB has a bulk section of spices so i get it there).

    its chili powder but its made from ancho chiles (poblanos) that are smoked. it has a good smokey flavor. we love it. i don't buy regular chili powder anymore! it doesn't have as much heat as regular chili powder but has a great flavor

    I'm glad you mentioned the bulk section for the ancho powder, I haven't found it in the regular spice section of my grocery store.
