vendors on a holiday weekend?

Hey Brides and wedding experts!

I would like to have my wedding on the Sunday of the long weekend in September (labour day in Canada...not sure if it's the same holiday in the US).  Does anyone know if it's very difficult to find vendors (i.e. photographer) and other wedding professionals (i.e. hair stylists) to work on the Sunday of a long weekend? Am I setting myself up for failure?

    Holiday weekends are a really popular time to have weddings in the US, I'd assume it would be the same for Canada. I don't think you would have a hard time finding people unless you book things last minute. Another thing to think about are your guests who are from OOT. Flights, traffic, and hotel prices will be a lot higher.
