Destination Beach Wedding Favors?

I am tying the knot on Grand Cayman in a small morning ceremony. I am in need of favor ideas and any other originals ideas. Since it's in the morning, i thought of mimosa's on the beach for the guests, and I was thinking of favors, and was playing around with the idea of cayman rum, or rum cakes. does anyone else have any other ideas? Help, please!

Love the rum cakes for Cayman.

Anything edible should do the trick basically. Since it's a destination wedding, something people won't have to worry about packing or breaking for the trip home would be best.
