Wedding Party Favors

I'm appalled at how The Knot handled my order. Odered candies with name and date for my son's wedding, April 16, 2011 candies arrive this morning April 18th!  When I called to confirm last Thursday April 14th, they told me that they wouldn't arrive in time and that I couldn't get a refund.  Well see what VISA has to say about that!

Wow. I don't understand how they could possibly NOT give you a refund when your order didn't arrive in time for the wedding! When did you place the order?
