Another Candy Buffet Question

I was going to wait till I got closer to my wedding before I bought the candy.  That being said, I don't know how much will fit in each jar, so I'd like to buy in advance.  I'm getting married in two months (June 25th).  I think the chocolate I buy will be fine till then, but what about gumballs?? I'm trying to stick to the pink/black/white theme as much as I can, so I think gumballs will fit perfectly.  But I wonder if I buy them now will they be too hard?

Anyone use gumballs for their candy buffet and buy them in advance?

    I think the gumballs will be perfectly fine. Gums balls are always in candy machines and they are perfectly fine sitting in those for months at a time.

    When you purchase your candy, they should have and expiration/sell by date on the packaging.  Most candy can last for months!  Buy now, buy on sale, with coupons, etc....

    Be careful. Gum may end up on the floor and your hall or reception location may have a problem with it.
