Silk Flowers

Silk flowers?? My aunt asked me were I using them. I never even knew they exsisted. They come cheaper and I can make my own bouquets. But do they look like real flowers? Real enough to fool somebody who doesn't know.??

Re: Silk Flowers

  • Silk flowers can end up costing the same as real flowers by the time you are done.  A quality silk is always best, but they don't really look real or smell real.  There are a lot of DIY brides that use afloral.com, but I am not familliar with them ;)

I have been specializing in silk florals for 9 years now. And usually my price is half the cost of fresh! The perks of silk? You can have and flower you want, you dont have to worry about staining your dress, and the bouquets a lot lighter! Feel free to check out my facebook page and message me if youd be interested in a quote! Hope this helps!

  • <div>Try going into a michaels or a hobby lobby and looking at the quality silk florals and then make up your mind on if you like them or not.  That way you can see what it would really be like.  I personally have a shop on etsy that I make unique bouquets on.  The real benefits come from being able to keep them and have them always look the way they did on your wedding day, the photograph really well, and you have more room to be creative.  Here's my shop for some realistic and unique choices.  </div><div>
