Quick Question if my friends and I are doing my own fresh flower arrangements for reception, should I put them together Friday then stick in cooler or day of.

Friday should be fine as long as you keep them well watered and they are placed in a cool, dark room.

I did my own flowers for the reception as well.  I put all the vases together on Friday and kept them in the baement overnight, and that was just fine.  I did add some flower food to the water just to be sure they would last.
