September Siggy Challenge

This month's siggy challenge is.. bridesmaid dresses! Let's see what your favorite ladies will be wearing!

What is a siggy challenge? It's not really a "challenge" in the sense that someone wins, it's just a term really. Each month we choose a theme and put that photo in our signatures (the thing that shows at the end of your posts, like the tickers). You don't have to participate if you don't want to, but it's fun!

Easiest way to upload a siggy photo:
-Upload your photo to tinypic.com.

-Resize it (I did the "website/email" one but play with it to make sure it's not huge!).

-Copy the "html for websites" code (ex. "<a href ="http://tinypic.com?ref=16a4nkx" target="_blank" /><img src="http: //i39.tinypic.com/16a4nkx.jpg " border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic" /></a />" minus the quotes on the outside and the random spaces I threw in. BTW this is one of those sample pics on my computer so if you want some penguins.. lol).

-Paste it into the "edit my message board signature" on The Knot (if you need to know how to get here it's My Knot at the top, then My Bio, then edit my avatar & sig).

-Done!

No wedding party here, but I do have 2 flower girls! Here the dress I'm planning on having my girls wear. They are 2 and 5. I'm so excited to see them dancing around in these dresses.

I have three bridesmaids. They will all be wearing the same dress, but in different colors. My sister (pictured in my siggy) will be my Maid of Honor in a turquoise blue. Another bridesmaid will be in the purple dress shown in my siggy and the other will be wearing the dress in pink.

Janna - super cute! Reminds me of Tinkerbell :-)

Brianna - I love the idea of different colored dresses! I wanted to do it if I had more BMs but you have the same amount as me.. hmm lol.

Mine is a DB dress, they will be in the color shown (Malibu). When my MOH was in town we (along with another BM and her kids that are in the wedding too) went to DB to try on some that my sister had tried on. They ended up pulling this dress too. I was a little iffy on it at first but the more I looked at it on them, the more I loved it! My sister got to try it on in the right color and that sealed it for me :-) It goes with my dress because mine has pickups on the bottom. The junior BM dress also goes with it:




She will be wearing that with a malibu sash :-)

I finally was able to find a store that had it in stock to try on ... we were going be ordering blindly ... but i LOVE it!!
