My sister-in-law will celebrate her 1st anniversary before she gets her album (if she ever gets it). Her anniversary is in less than 3 weeks and still no album. Most of the time she calls, they do not answer. If they do answer, they give some excuse as to why it isn't done (so-and-so left, out of black covers, confusion, lost file, business problems, etc). The photographers in St. Louis did a fine job. This is all on the main office in Lousiana. The album had to be redesigned because the original design was horrible (2 of the same pictures on a page, events out of order, etc). Her husband redesigned the whole thing and sent them the file. They got the file and said they sent it to the printers. Then a week later, they said they did not have the file. It's a never ending trail of lies. The Better Business Bureau has already given them an F rating for not responding to complaints. My SIL wishes she would have checked that before giving them her business. Please do not use these people!!
